What to expect after buying a Backlink in the Marketplace

Once you've successfully placed an order for a backlink—either through guest posting or link insertion - there are a few important things to know about what happens next.

Email Confirmations

After checkout, you won’t receive any confirmation or progress emails. Instead, all updates related to your order will be reflected directly within the Cart section of your Marketplace dashboard. This includes the order status, turnaround time (TAT), and whether the link has gone live.

All Order Tracking Happens Inside the Platform

The Cart is your central hub for all post-purchase activity. Here, you'll be able to monitor:

  • The current status of each order

  • Whether additional action is needed

  • When a link goes live or if any changes are made by the publisher

We recommend checking this section regularly until your order is fulfilled.

Communication from Publishers

The website where you’ve purchased the backlink will not contact you directly, unless something specific is needed to complete your request, such as missing content or a clarification about the anchor text. No news generally means the order is progressing as expected.

In Case of Delays

If your backlink is not live within the expected turnaround time (TAT), the publisher may either issue a refund or cancel the request. Any such actions will be clearly updated in your Cart dashboard.
