Scalenut Brand Kit: Create, Save & Apply Your Brand Voice at Scale
Save your brand identity - including tone, keywords, and visuals and apply it across content for consistent, GEO-optimized output.
A Brand Kit (also called Brand Guidelines) is the foundation of your brand’s visual and verbal identity. It acts as a single source of truth for your usage, typography, imagery style, and tone of voice.
Whether you’re creating a social post, a presentation, or an ad campaign, a Brand Kit ensures every piece of content is consistent, recognizable, and aligned with your brand personality.
Think of it as your brand’s DNA—clear rules and ready-to-use assets that make execution easier for teams while preserving brand integrity across channels.
Scalenut’s GEO Shift and Why Brand Kits Matter?
With Scalenut’s evolution from SEO to GEO, the content landscape has changed.
Brands today aren’t just optimizing for search engines; they’re shaping discoverability across AI assistants, chatbots, and multi-engine ecosystems. In this shift, brand consistency becomes even more critical.
AI engines rely on signals like tone, structure, and brand alignment to deliver authoritative responses. A scattered or inconsistent brand voice risks diluting credibility in these generative results.
That’s why Scalenut’s introduction of the Brand Kit/Brand Guidelines is timely—it gives businesses a structured way to stay authentic, recognizable, and discoverable across both search and generative engines
Where to Find the Brand Kit?
You can create and manage your brand kit in two places:
My Account Section – Save brand kits to use across projects.
Context Section of Cruise Mode – While generating an article, set up or select your brand kit to ensure the draft reflects your guidelines from the very beginning.
How to Set up Your Brand Kit?
1. Brand Name - Your brand name is the foundation of your identity inside Scalenut.
Adding it ensures that every piece of content the AI generates correctly references your business and maintains consistency across platforms. It also helps the system prioritize your brand in context, so the writing feels tailored rather than generic.
2. Brand Domain - When you enter your website URL, Scalenut gains valuable context about your existing digital presence.
This allows the AI to align content with your brand’s established tone, messaging, and positioning. For instance, if your site emphasizes sustainability or innovation, the generated content will naturally reflect those themes.
3. Paragraph Length - This setting controls how concise or detailed your writing should appear.
Whether you prefer short, snackable paragraphs for easy readability or longer, in-depth sections for comprehensive guides, choosing a paragraph length ensures that the structure of your content matches your audience’s expectations.
4. Preferred Keywords - Keywords are at the heart of visibility in both search and generative engines.
When you add your preferred keywords here, you make sure that every article, blog, or campaign includes the right signals to strengthen discoverability. It’s a direct way to tie your brand voice with strategic SEO and GEO practices.
5. Negative Keywords - Just as important as what to include is what to leave out.
Negative keywords let you specify terms, competitor names, or irrelevant topics you don’t want associated with your brand. This keeps your content sharp, avoids distractions, and ensures your messaging always stays on point.
6. Brand Summary - The brand summary is a short but powerful description of your identity, values, and focus areas.
It serves as the compass for the AI to understand who you are and what makes you unique. Every piece of content generated draws inspiration from this summary to stay authentic to your story.
7. Your Competitors - Listing competitors helps Scalenut recognize where not to draw inspiration from. This ensures that your content doesn’t unintentionally mirror their style or positioning.
Instead, it keeps your voice distinct and highlights your competitive edge in the marketplace.
8. Image Ratio - With this setting, you can define the aspect ratio of visuals that accompany your content, such as 1:1 for Instagram or 16:9 for blogs and presentations.
Choosing the right ratio ensures your visuals always look professional and are optimized for the platforms where they’ll be published.
9. Number of Images - This option allows you to decide how many images should be paired with each piece of content.
If your strategy relies heavily on visuals, you can choose a higher number, while text-focused content can include fewer or no images.
This keeps your content balanced and aligned with your goals.
10. Brand Tone - The tone of your brand is how your audience experiences your personality.
Whether you want to sound friendly, authoritative, professional, or playful, setting the brand tone ensures that every blog, article, or social post carries the same voice. This consistency builds recognition and trust over time.
11. English Language Preference - Small details matter in branding.
Selecting your preferred English variant, whether US, UK helps maintain consistency in spelling, grammar, and phrasing. This prevents mixed styles from confusing readers and adds polish to your overall communication.
12. Readability Level - Different audiences respond to different levels of complexity.
When you set a readability level—whether super simple for a general audience or more advanced for experts—you make sure your content matches the expectations and comfort level of your readers.
13. Image Type - Every brand has a preferred visual aesthetic, and this setting lets you define yours.
Whether you lean toward digital art, stock photos, or realistic images, choosing an image type ensures that your visual content complements your brand style and maintains cohesion across platforms.
14. Anti-AI Filter - Scalenut’s Anti-AI filter is designed to make your content sound more natural and human.
When you enable it, you reduce robotic or mechanical phrasing, ensuring that the final output feels authentic, relatable, and engaging to your audience.
Once all the details are filled in as per your requirement, clicking the Create button saves your Brand Kit.
From that moment, Scalenut automatically applies your guidelines to every workflow, making sure all generated content reflects your brand identity and stays consistent across channels.
The best part? You can save multiple brand kits, and switch between them as and when you require!
Selecting and Switching Brand Guidelines for Your Article
Once you have created your Brand Kits, you can easily apply them to any new article inside Cruise Mode.
Under the Brand Guidelines section, you’ll find a dropdown menu with a list of saved brands. From here, simply select the brand guideline you want the AI to follow for the article you’re working on.
For example, if you’ve saved multiple Brand Kits—such as one for your main brand and another for a sub-brand—you can switch between them by clicking on the dropdown and choosing the relevant option. The selected Brand Guideline will automatically apply its tone, keywords, readability preferences, and visual instructions to the content being generated.
If you want to create a new Brand Kit for a specific campaign or project, you can also click on Add New, set it up, and then select it for use.
In short, this step ensures that every article you generate is aligned with the exact brand voice and style you want, and switching is as simple as picking from the saved list.
