1. META TITLE -
A meta title, also known as a title tag, is an HTML element that specifies the title of a webpage. It is a crucial component for search engine optimization (SEO) as it provides a concise and accurate description of the content on a particular web page.
OnPage Pro addresses four key Meta Title issues:
Missing Meta Title: Solves the problem of web pages lacking a meta title, enhancing search engine visibility and user comprehension.
Empty Meta Title: Ensures a meaningful and keyword-rich title when the meta title exists but is empty, benefiting both search engines and users.
Outside Head: Corrects instances where the meta title is placed outside the HTML <head> section, ensuring proper structure and adherence to web standards.
Multiple Found: Optimizes HTML elements by resolving the challenge of multiple meta titles on a single webpage, enhancing search engine performance and user experience. (option given)
2. META DESCRIPTION -
A meta description is a summary of a web page that is displayed on the search result page of a search engine. It is an HTML element that provides information to the user about the content of the page and how it is related to their search query.
Meta Description Issues addressed by OnPage Pro:
Missing: Fixes the problem of web pages lacking a meta description, preventing potential drawbacks in search engine rankings.
Empty: Ensures a well-crafted and informative meta description, even if the original description lacks meaningful content.

Multiple Found: Optimizes HTML elements by resolving the challenge of multiple meta descriptions on a single webpage, preventing confusion in search engine results and maintaining a clear presentation of page content.
3. EXTERNAL LINK
External links direct users to a webpage or resource that is hosted on a different website or domain than the one where the link is located. In simpler terms, clicking on an external link takes you to a different website or page on the internet.
Here’s the External Link issue that OnPage Pro tackles:
Not in New Tab - OnPage Pro resolves the issue of external links not opening in a new tab. It helps enhance user experience by preventing visitors from navigating away and disrupting engagement with your content.
In case, there are two or more links available, you can select the one you deem more appropriate.
4. CANONICAL TAGS
Canonical tags are HTML elements that enable website owners to indicate to search engines the preferred version of a web page when multiple versions exist. The primary purpose of using canonical tags is to address issues related to duplicate content by specifying the authoritative or primary version of a page.
Canonical Tags Issues addressed by OnPage Pro:
Missing: Resolves the issue of low SEO rankings by identical or multiple versions of content without a canonical tag and helps identify the desired version.
Empty: Addresses the issue of an ineffective canonical tag with no specified URL, which fails to guide search engines in resolving duplicate content problems.
Outside Head: Corrects the placement of the canonical tag outside the HTML head section, ensuring proper interpretation by search engines and preventing oversight of its intended purpose.
Multiple Found: Optimizes SEO strategy by resolving the confusion caused by having multiple canonical tags on a single page. This prevents conflicting signals to search engines about the preferred content version.
5. SCHEMA MARKUP
Schema markup is a type of structured data added to your website’s HTML that helps search engines like Google better understand your pages' content.
Think of it as giving search engines extra context - like telling them, “Hey, this part of the page is SEO tips, this is the author’s name, this is a software with reviews,” etc. This can help improve how your page appears in search results.
Schema Markup Issues addressed by OnPage Pro:
Improper Structure: This means that while schema markup may be present, it’s not implemented correctly. Errors in the structure, like incorrect nesting, missing required fields, or invalid data, can prevent search engines from reading it properly, which limits its effectiveness in enhancing search visibility.
Missing: Some important content sections on your site don’t have any schema markup. Adding relevant schema can help search engines understand and display your content more effectively, often through rich snippets.
Implementing schema correctly can improve click-through rates, SEO visibility, and provide a better user experience in search results.
