How to Use Tags to Manage SEO Reports?

Tags play a crucial role in managing access to your Scalenut reports, whether they are AI Docs or SEO Docs. For Scalenut Pro users with multi-person access, tags offer a smart way to streamline workflows and allocate appropriate access levels to team members. Let's delve into the process.

Under any SEO Article, click on the 'Add Tag' button.

A dropdown menu with all created tags will appear.

Choose a relevant tag that aligns with the content and purpose of your report.

In case the desired tag is not available, you can create a new label by typing it into the search bar (up to 20 characters) and clicking "Ok."

This way, you can tailor the tags to suit your specific needs, improving workflow efficiency and team collaboration. Consider using team members' names as tags to allocate reports to the relevant individuals.
