Please follow the steps outlined below in your Scalenut dashboard to initiate a smooth, hassle-free cancellation.
STEP 1
Head to the circular profile icon in the bottom left corner of your dashboard. From the menu that appears, click on the 'My Account' section.
STEP 2
On the redirected page, navigate to the 'Usage' tab located in the left-hand sidebar menu. Once inside the Usage section, you will see your plan details and feature limits. Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Plan & Billing' column on the right to find and click the ‘Terminate Subscription’ option.
