How to terminate a plan ?

Take control of your subscriptions and confidently terminate your plan with our helpful tips and insights.

However, if you’ve decided to move forward with termination, we respect your decision and want to make the process easy for you.

Please follow the steps outlined below in your Scalenut dashboard to initiate a smooth, hassle-free cancellation.

STEP 1

Head to the circular icon in the top right corner of your dashboard. Then, click the " My Account" Section. 


STEP 2

On the redirected page, you’ll find all your active plans and add-ons. Click on the ‘Terminate Subscription’ option, if you no longer wish to continue.



Important:

If you’ve purchased any add-ons, they need to be cancelled separately from your main plan.

In the screenshot example, only two add-ons are visible—this is because the user purchased just those two. Depending on your account, you might see:

  • All three add-ons (Link Manager, OnPage Pro, AI Detector & Humanizer), or

  • Only the ones you’ve opted for.

Make sure to review and cancel each one you no longer wish to keep. This ensures you aren’t billed for unused add-ons after your main plan has been terminated.
