Step 5 - Click on the ‘Sort By’ option in the top right corner to sort the Keyword Planner by their relevance, search volume, or the number of keywords in the topic cluster. You can also use the search box to search for a keyword among the clusters.

Step 6 - Now, click on the ‘Expand icon’ to see the reports of the clusters in detail.
