How to Manage Domains in Scalenut?

Streamline SEO tasks, assign team access, and optimize performance with centralized control.

Managing domains efficiently helps streamline your SEO workflow by centralizing key optimization tools in one place.

From the ‘Manage Domains’ section, you can directly provide access to team members and oversee multiple domains, ensuring a seamless and organized SEO strategy.

Importance of Managing Domains

  • Centralized Control -

No more juggling multiple platforms—Scalenut lets you manage all your domains from a single, streamlined interface. This makes tracking, optimizing, and executing SEO strategies effortless and organized.

  • Team Collaboration –

Easily assign access to team members for different tools within each domain. Whether it’s Traffic Analyzer, OnPage Pro, Link Manager, or Internal Linking, everyone gets the right permissions, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow.

How to Manage Domains?

STEP 1
Head over to your Scalenut Dashboard, and go to the My Account section.

STEP 2
Click on the ‘Domains’ section.

STEP 3
All your connected domains will be visible here. You can share access to them with the team members.

STEP 4
You can add team members to give access to the Domains and modules, or even delete them from here.

STEP 5
Click on edit to add or remove team members from a given module and domain.

STEP 6
To add a team member to a specific domain, simply click add and give access. Once assigned, team members can access the respective features and begin working on SEO improvements.

STEP 7
If you wish to delete a domain, simply click on the bin icon beside the particular domain. Then, type delete and click ‘Remove’.

Please Note: In the Manage Domains section, you can only control the access of team members for a particular domain.

For example, if the admin account has linked Scalenut domain to the modules OnPage Pro, Traffic Analyzer, and Content Audit - you cannot specifically change the module access for a team member.

You’d have to grant access to them for all the modules for the specific domain. This section only allows you to delete domains, and add/remove team member access for these domains.
