How to Add Multiple Domains to Your Scalenut Account
Managing multiple domains for geographic insights has never been easier with Scalenut's GEO Core capabilities. Whether you're analyzing traffic trends across different regions or assigning domain-level access to your team, this guide will walk you through the process of adding, removing, and managing domains under the Traffic Analyzer module.
How to Add Multiple Domains to Your Scalenut Account
STEP 1
From your Scalenut Dashboard, navigate to the Traffic Analyzer module under the GEO Core section.
STEP 2
On the Traffic Analyzer dashboard, locate the ‘Domain’ option at the top-right corner of the screen. Click on it and select ‘Manage Domain’ from the dropdown.
Click on it and select ‘Manage Domain’ from the dropdown.
STEP 3
A pop-up window will appear. Click on ‘Add New Domain’.
STEP 4
If you haven’t connected your Google Search Console with Scalenut yet, make sure to integrate GSC first before proceeding.
Start by connecting your Google Search Console. Once connected, choose the domain you'd like to add to your GEO Core account.
Let’s say you want to add the domain www.webtune.ai. Simply select it from the list and click ‘Next’.
Now, select the pages you wish to analyze geographically from the full list of domain pages. Once done, click ‘Let’s go’.
And just like that, your domain is added and ready to be explored under GEO Core.
How to Remove a Domain
STEP 1
To remove a domain, go to the domain list within the Traffic Analyzer dashboard and click on the bin icon beside the domain you wish to delete.
STEP 2
In the confirmation prompt, type ‘Delete’ and then click ‘Remove’.
How to Assign Domains to Team Members
STEP 1
Go to the ‘My Account’ section from your main dashboard.
STEP 2
Select the ‘Teams’ tab.
STEP 3
Click on ‘Invite More’ to add a new team member.
STEP 4
In the invitation window, enter your team member’s name, email, and assign any relevant tags.
And Voila! You’ve successfully given access to your team members to work on GEO-based insights.
FINAL STEP
Now, head over to the ‘Domains’ section under ‘My Account’ to manage access permissions for each team member across different domains. This allows more granular control over who can view or work on specific domain-level GEO data.
