How to change/add new card?

This article will guide you through the step-by-step process of changing or adding a new card to your Scalenut account.

Follow these simple steps to effortlessly update your payment information and ensure uninterrupted access to the features you enjoy.

STEP 1

Head to the circular icon in the top right corner of your dashboard. Then, click the " My Account" Section. 

STEP 2

On the redirected page, click on the ‘Update Card Details’ option. 

STEP 3

You will now be on a Stripe link. Please enter your registered email ID in the provided field to proceed. You will then receive an OTP (One-Time Password) in your email id to authenticate your request. Once you confirm the OTP, you can effortlessly update your payment details.

This streamlined process ensures a secure and convenient way to manage your payment methods, allowing you to maintain uninterrupted access to the services you rely on.
