How to change/add new card?
Stay in control of your financial information and ensure uninterrupted services by following our instructions for changing or adding new cards.
Updating your payment details in Scalenut is straightforward:
Log In: Access your Scalenut account.
Navigate to Account Settings: Click on the circular icon in the top-right corner and select “My Account.”
Update Card Details: In the “Profile” section, click “Update Card Details.”
Authenticate via Stripe: Enter your registered email to receive a One-Time Password (OTP). Input the OTP to proceed.
Add New Card: Enter your new card information and save the changes.

STEP 1
Head to the circular icon in the top right corner of your dashboard. Then, click the " My Account" Section.
STEP 2
On the redirected page, click on the ‘Update Card Details’ option.
STEP 3
You will now be on a Stripe link. Please enter your registered email ID in the provided field to proceed. You will then receive an OTP (One-Time Password) in your email id to authenticate your request. Once you confirm the OTP, you can effortlessly update your payment details.
This streamlined process ensures a secure and convenient way to manage your payment methods, allowing you to maintain uninterrupted access to the services you rely on.
