What are the Steps to Update Your Payment Details?
1. Log In to Your Account - Start by signing in to your Scalenut dashboard.
2. Go to Account Settings - Click the circular profile icon in the top-right corner and select “My Account.”
3. Access Card Update Option - Under the “Profile” section, click on “Update Card Details.”
4. Authenticate via Stripe - You’ll be asked to enter your registered email address. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your inbox. Enter the OTP to proceed securely.
5. Add Your New Card - Input your new card details on the Stripe-hosted page and click Save to update your billing information.
Step-by-Step Guide for Changing/Adding a New Card -
STEP 1
Head to the circular icon in the top right corner of your dashboard. Then, click the " My Account" Section.
STEP 2
Next, click on ‘Update Card Details’ to update your billing details.
STEP 3
You will now be on a Stripe link. Please enter your registered email ID in the provided field to proceed. You will then receive an OTP (One-Time Password) in your email id to authenticate your request. Once you confirm the OTP, you can effortlessly update your payment details.
