Account Section

The Scalenut UI has recently seen a big revamp. So, if you are new or it has been some time since you last logged in, there have been some changes that you would want to know about. This guide is a continuation of other pieces to help our users understand the changes and ensure they do not feel lost.

So, we are here to talk about the ‘My Account’ section. Log in to your Scalenut account, and you will see the ‘My Account’ option on the bottom left corner of your screen.

Click on it, and move to the ‘Account’ tab and the next screen will showcase your profile details. The section is divided into four parts, namely

  • Profile

  • Team

  • Archive

  • AI Outputs

Profile Section

The ‘Profile’ section showcases your basic personal details, such as your full name, company name, and contact details, such as your email ID and phone number. It also shows your GST number if you are a registered company and have provided the requisite details for claiming the input tax credit or for reference purposes.

How to Edit Personal Details in Your Scalenut profile?

There is an option called ‘Edit Profile’ located in the top right of the screen.

Tap on it, make the requisite changes, and click on update profile to update your personal details.

How to Change Your Scalenut Password?

  • Once you are on your ‘Profile’ section, you will find a ‘Change Password’ option on your screen. Tap on it.

  • Now enter the current password.

  • Then enter your new password twice. Make sure it is secure and robust.

  • Click on ‘Change’ to save the new password as your default profile password.

In addition, the ‘Profile’ section also shows the plan you have chosen (Forever Free, Individual, Growth, or Pro) and its validity. You can also get an overview pertaining to your account, such as reports generated, AI words used, and the limit allocated to the profile based on the plan chosen.

Team Section

The ‘Team’ section is exclusive to Scalenut Pro members. It shows the team members who can access your account and the admin of the account.

How Do I Invite New Members to my Scalenut Family?

If you wish to invite new members,

  • Click on the ‘Invite More’ option visible on the right of your screen.

  • Then enter the new member’s credentials, such as name and email address.

  • Choose the tag access you want them to have.

  • Click on the ‘Invite’ button to send an invite request successfully.

Archive Section

If your team has created a report previously but had archived it for reasons, and you want to restore it, the ‘Archive’ section in the Scalenut ‘My Account’ lets you do it easily. Click on the ‘Archive’ option, and you will see all the reports archived up to date.

If you wish to restore any or all of them, all you have to do is click on the ‘Restore’ button assigned to each archived report, and you can then view them in your ‘Reports’ section.

AI Outputs Section

The ‘AI Output’ section stores all the content produced on your profile using our AI tools. It enables easy access to the content you create. It has two sections:

  • Favorite - It lets you view the content (that you have tagged as ‘favorite’) amongst the pieces you have produced on the platform to date.

  • History - It lets you get an overview of all the reports and AI words generated to date on the Scalenut platform. The section enables you to get an overview of the kind of tasks accomplished and also expand it by clicking on the same. It acts as a quick reference when you are looking for a specific piece but aren’t sure of its type or the tool used.
