Can I export data or reports from AI Visibility?

At this time, AI Visibility does not support exporting reports or raw data (such as CSV or PDF) outside of the platform. All visibility insights, prompt tracking, source analysis, and AI traffic monitoring are accessible directly within your AI Visibility dashboard to ensure you are viewing the most current, real-time data.

Where to Access Your Data

You can view and analyze all report sections directly in the platform, which are updated to provide deeper insights into your brand’s presence in Large Language Models (LLMs):

• Brand Monitor: Track your brand’s Visibility Score and Share of Voice across AI engines, compare against competitors, and view your Visibility Rank in the industry.

• Prompts Insights: See the specific natural language queries that include or exclude your brand. Dive into Query Fanout to see the "reasoning" steps the AI took and analyze Sentiment (Positive, Neutral, or Negative).

• Citations & Sources: Explore the domains and specific URLs that are influencing your brand’s presence. This section identifies which "top citation pages" are acting as your primary authority drivers.

• AI Traffic Monitor: Monitor how AI bots (like GPTBot and PerplexityBot) are engaging with your website. Distinguish between human traffic and bot hits to see how visibility translates into visits.

Customizing Your View

Each section includes interactive filters that allow you to refine your analysis without needing an external report. You can filter by:
